Still no tracking or no suit?! Does this take a month to receive if so I may get need to cancel order now

Your order was placed on October 9. The stated production time for this rhinestone suit is 5–8 business days, excluding weekends, so as of October 13, it is still within the production window. Some of the rhinestone embellishments require hand sewing, which is part of this production time.
Tracking information will be provided once your suit ships. The 5–8 business days cover production; shipping time is additional.

i don’t know if anyone can see this but my homecoming is the 17th and i need my suit here by the 15th minimum i will literally pay extra for shipping please contact me at [****] i am seeing a bunch of mixed reviews about shipping and it’s unsettling
Hello, thank you for your interest in our products. The rhinestone appliqués on this rhinestone suit need to be sewn on by hand. Even if I rush to customize it for you, the production time will still take about 5 days. The delivery time will take 5 to 9 days. Today is October 9th. It's unlikely that the receipt will be received before October 15th. If you purchase a handmade suit, we suggest you set aside more time. If there are a large number of orders, the production time will be prolonged.
I am still waiting to receive an order that I placed in the summer of 2025. Previous orders have been great and I have always been pleased with my suits, so when I ordered a new custom suit last summer I expected it to be delivered within a month or two. I have been in contact with who ever was taking my order details on Whatsapp, but they have not followed through with the order. When I tried to complain about this issue on the Moran X website I have gotten no response.
