We do have in-stock items at Edison, New Jersey. Since we carry many different suits, each with various sizes and colors, to reduce inventory pressure and capital tied up, we don't keep large quantities of every color and size. As a result, if a particular style sells exceptionally well, it's very easy for it to go out of stock. For orders that are out of stock, we arrange urgent custom production at the factory before shipping. This process usually takes 3–5 days longer than shipping from NJ.
We value your feedback greatly. To prevent future misunderstandings among customers, we’ve decided to stop claiming all ready-to-wear products are shipped from NJ. Instead, we’ll clearly state longer production and delivery times. This way, when products shipped from NJ arrive earlier than expected, customers will be pleasantly surprised. And if custom-made items take longer to ship, customers can still accept it as reasonable.
Moranx.com has been around for a long time, previously specializing in high-end custom-made suits. Later, they shifted focus to producing ready-to-wear suits, while still offering some high-end custom-made options. We've always struggled with how to design the website so that customers wouldn't confuse the delivery times for in-stock and custom items, and how to promptly indicate when a specific size or color of an in-stock item is out of stock. Clearly, our website operations team hasn't handled this issue well. After receiving your feedback, we became even more determined to optimize our website policies.
